Katharina's birthday

It's been a while since I've updated. My apologies to the small(albeit enthused and somewhat fanatic... jk) group of readers I've somehow collected over the past two months. It's with deep sadness that I must inform all 3 of you that this blog is going to be a short(but sweet!) one. I've just been too tired + too busy over the past couple of weeks due to mid-terms, bacation-ing, and just plain hanging out with the ching-a-lings(credit to James for this awesome-tastic word) I do promise that massive, and I mean GARGANTUAN, updates are on the way! This includes but is not necessarily limited to: semi-spontaneous trip to Cheonju, Halloweenies, and bungee jumping! So stay tuned kids. Better days are gonna come.

Anyhow, here's a brief synopsis of Miss Katharina's birthdayyyyyy
We decided to spend the night at a bar called SUM that is nearby our campus. I'm actually not quite sure which cluster of people were the first to stumble upon this hidden gem but give yourselves a pat on the back because this place pretty much rules my life......... The dots mean my voice is trailing off into a distance, only to be replaced by a creepy smile... The owner has an INSANE vinyl collection where he owns over 10,000 records! He actually allows us to make requests, no matter how ridiculous or silly. They even have the world's cutest bunny wabbit that occasionally is freed from his/her cage to hop around at his/her own will.. Too cute? The drinks are moderately priced and they have North Korean beer.. whatever that is. Jake attempted to order it, but we were told that they were currently out. BOO. Next time, I suppose... I wonder what kind of secret operation takes place where we could be so fortunate as to sample such things... it better not be O.B. with a fake label! That might warrant a laugh or two, but it would ultimately result in my fist leaving an imprint in someone's face. The night was really fun and I was excited to see that a pretty sizeable group made it out in order to celebrate Katharina's 22nd year of life. Woot! Another one joins the 22-group which pretty much consisted of just Ames and I. Is it just me or is the group of 22 year olds fucking LEGIT ? Well, I'm going to let these pictures do the talkin since I'm going to go on walkin..... to bed... errrrr, yeh? Take care kiddos.

P.S. Heard about the 5.6 earthquake near my house in San Jose! Pretty crazy shit.
